This Privacy Policy explains how DigiSignature, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information in connection with DigiSignature Analytics and related services (the “Service”). This Policy applies to account holders, website visitors, and individuals whose information is processed through customer use of the Service.
DigiSignature, LLC is a New York-based business located at 200 Broadhollow Rd., STE 207, Melville, NY 11747. For privacy or legal requests, contact info@digisignature.net.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account and identity data: name, email address, account profile details, authentication data, and account security signals.
Billing and transaction data: billing contact details, subscription records, invoice and tax records, and payment status data. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored in full by us.
Service content and configuration data: user-submitted signature content, campaign settings, redirect configurations, QR/click configuration data, and team/workspace settings.
Operational and security log data: IP address, user agent, browser/device indicators, request timestamps, access logs, and security event logs required for operation and abuse prevention.
Support and communications data: information included in support tickets, account communications, and service-related messages.
We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party advertising, marketing, or behavioral tracking software within the Service. Service metrics shown in your account are generated from our own first-party systems and logs for product operation, security, reliability, and service improvements.
We use personal information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, process billing, respond to support requests, enforce terms and policies, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and perform internal first-party analytics for operational quality.
Where applicable, we process personal information under one or more legal bases: contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests (including security and fraud prevention), and consent when required by law.
We use essential cookies and similar technologies needed for authentication, session continuity, account security, and core Service functionality. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies for behavioral marketing in the Service.
We may disclose information to trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, payment processing, communications, security, and support vendors) under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations; to professional advisors; to governmental or regulatory authorities when required by law; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Because we serve an international clientele, personal information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy contractual, legal, accounting, tax, security, and compliance obligations.
When an authorized account holder deletes an account or requests deletion through approved support channels, we initiate deletion of account-associated personal information and Service content from active production systems. Our default practice is a full purge of account data, except for limited records that must be retained by law (for example, required tax/accounting records) or for narrowly scoped security and fraud-prevention records. Backup archives are overwritten or age out under secure retention schedules and are not restored into production except for disaster recovery purposes.
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and security logging. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, but we continuously evaluate and improve security controls.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may require identity and authority verification before completing requests.
DigiSignature, LLC is headquartered in New York and operates this Service under applicable New York and U.S. law while serving users globally. We implement commercially reasonable privacy and security controls consistent with New York business operations and the nature of the information processed.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date and, where required by law, providing additional notice.
